Please Help-Visa expiration before interview
Hello Friends,
I desperately need you help on this issue.
Do you know whether I should leave the country if my visa expires before the interview? I mean do I need to change it to consular processing for my diversity lottery if I my visa will be expired at interview date?
I really need your suggestion because some says you are in status you do not need to leave some others say you have to leave for some instances.
My visa expired at may 8th. I filed I-485 on march 17 but still waiting for interview letter and case is still at fingerprint fee received.
