Divorcing before geting a Green card

Want to get Divorced now . married in good Faith . what is the Process?

The reasons for your divorce is very important. You didn't say what causes your divorce, but prior to submitting your case, you MUST have your divorce decree, to submit also, u don't want to get a RFE, and the time period allotted by USCIS, expires. You would be denied and you may have to do over and of course a new fee.

The strength of any divorce is based on evidences, therefore, I hope you have those as it's more so important in USCIS's eyes, than it does the Courts. Good Luck!!
