Yes, G325 for u both. No medical, you should have sent that when you filled Adjustments of Status initially. That's why I asked you to list what you sent before you received your Conditional Green Card.

The I-751 submittal, for "Removal of Conditions," requires a $590 fee ($85 each for dependents included), proof of cohabitaiton and commingling of financial affairs. Recommended evidence would include copies of jointly-filed income tax returns, joint rental or lease agreements, proof of joint accounts, photos together. G-325A forms are not needed with this procedure.

I know for every case, biometric is done, therefore, I always use G325, and it was never rejected. But to each their own.
