Help I-130 Welcome Letter
My wife sponsor by her sister (U.S. Citizen )in 1997 we are from Mexico we enter the country in 1999 with tourist visas she lost her I-94 .we never left the country in dic 2014 my in law recieved the welcome letter. May 20 2015 she filled online as the agent .no we need to wait for 3 to 5 days to pAy a fee.now my question can I be able to fix my status at the same time with my wife ?Do we need to fill another type of form do my self before proceeding ?what are best steps to follow ?thank you
