How long to resolve notice of intent to deny? (NOID)

Hi,

My wife and received a NOID shortly after our immigration
green card interview.

We got back with our lawyer and provided the necessary
documents required.

It has been over a month and we still have not gotten
a response back from USCIS.

Does anyone have a general idea how long it take for them
to answer back so we can know what our next step is?

I am curious, on what grounds do they intend to deny your adjustment application? They usually give RFEs when they need documents.

They claimed that we need to explain certain issues and they wanted affidavits from three
people claiming knowledge of our marriage


They wanted use to prove we lived to together (we got letter from landlord and affidavits)
They wanted us to show activity on our joint bank account
Show shared bills
Show evidence of honeymoon ( we had receipts and pics )

I figured it would be a open and shut case once we gave them all the info

Did you heard from them? I got the same NOID and responded on Nov 30th 2016 but till now I didn't heard from them.
