Priority Date Porting

Hi,

We have filed for our I-140 but also requested our prev approved I-140 priority date. my current I-140 was just approved, How do we know that porting was successful? is there any identification/check box or something in the approved I-140.

The I-140 approval notice shows the priority date on the top left.
