Hi, i entered d US about a year and half ago with a B1/B2 visa. I got married to my husband about 9days later in the US. My husband is a permanent green card holder but is going to naturalize in about a week. My I-94 expired last year may. We have a daughter together now who was born here in the US about three months ago. I am waiting for my husband to naturalize before sending in my AOS application. I hope this is fine, what do you think.? Any suggestions? Also can i send in my application a day after my husband naturalizes?
