  • No GC even after priority date is current

Can some one help us with GC problem. Our priority date was Oct 8 2003 under EB3 category. It became current last April and we got a query asking us to provide the proof of employment change and asked us to send medicals as well, hence with the help of our attorney we filed AC21 and sent Medicals as well on May 28th 2014, We have been continuously checking the processing times at the Texas center and even after the processing date (May 28th 2014) moved, still we did not receive any information from USCIS. Our attorney made several services requests and as a last option our attorney advised us to approach USCIS through AILA. Now when we checked our status on line its says that they have suspended our case and will resume it only after they receive more evidence which they mailed but unfortunately we did not receive any Notice till date and it was as well written on the USCIS website that if we do not receive the notice by end of June then we can get the copy from USCIS by filling a form.( Prolonging more and more)

My first question is why was it that we did not receive any notice till date even after the processing time moved a while ago.
Why did it take so long for them to post that notice on the website(USCIS)
What could be our next approach.

Its been more than 10 years and its really frustrating that we have to go through so much of agony.

    Please help us out.

Why they put out certain information when they did, is irrelevant now. I wouldn't wait until the end of June to fine out what's needed.
Once, you have received it, you may need to re-submit, all the other stuffs they asked for just prior, along with any new RFE.
Not sure if there's some negligence on their part or not or your recent move; that throws things off.

If your case continues to be at a stand still, you may eventually end up receiving, notice of abandonment and finally a denial notice.
You have got to be on top of them and without ceasing.
    Good luck!!!
