New wife in US daughter outside

I've perused the forum but haven't seen a case similar to mine. Sorry if I've missed something obvious.

I am an American citizen. I have lived in the USA all my life. My new (1 mo) Chinese wife has been here 2.5 years on a pending asylum application. I am preparing the I-485, I-130, g-325a, I-864, and various other documents for her green card application. Her 15yo daughter is living in China and we want to have her join us as soon as possible. I think I understand the process for my wife but the daughter's case confuses me.

1) I assume I need an I-130 and g-325a for the daughter. Correct? Anything else?
2) I've been told that applying for the daughter concurrently with my wife is the best way. Correct?
3) Do I need to wait until the daughter is inside the USA before applying for her green card? Is there a faster way?

Congratulations Kev on your recent nuptials.

3.Add a i-485 to the kit if she is in the united States. You may not have any practical way to get her into the united States, apart from the immigrant visa process.
