Long wait I485
I've had my fingerprints done and everything. Sent out I 485 2012 September.
Still processing.
Sent a request on 2014 of feb. Still not much information available and said to check back in 6 months.
Called about 2 weeks ago, and they sent another request.
Got notice saying, with an adjudicating officer and will send a decision or notice in 90 days.
and every time I checked online before it was on the first phase which was finger prints. And for some reason over a month ago I wasn't able to check case status online.
Anybody else had to wait about 3 years And can I get anyone's opinion. I also made an appointment with infopass. Is there any point in making an appointment with them. And I'm going to let my attorney know and what should my next course of actions be, I would appreciate some tips.
