Dear All,
My husband downgraded from EB2 to EB3 last year and submitted I-140 and I-485 (Center: TSC), both of his I-140s in EB2 and EB3 were approved and I-485 is pending. This month, his priority date became current again in EB2 category, he did not ask for relink from EB3 to EB2 because TSC usually makes the auto-relink. As his spouse, I am wondering if I could submit I-485 and enclose an explanation letter for this situation? Thanks a lot!
