Dear All,
I am preparing the I485 filing package including I485/I765/I131/G325A, I run into a few questions and hope you could help me with.
1. The most recent G325A form on USCIS website is expired 02/28/2015, can I still use it?
2. In I-485 form part I, they asked about current USCIS status expiration date, I checked my I94 record and it shows D/S, can I just fill 'D/S' in the expiration date?
3. My spouse has submitted I485 last year, since his priority date became current again this month, I am submitting my application. In the I485 form, it asked whether my spouse is applying with me, should I check 'NO' or 'YES'?
4. In form i-765 question 16, should I fill (c)(9)?
