I am about filing my papers for AOS base on marriage to a USC. My middle name on my i-94 was spelled wrongly also the place my passport was issued is also wrong on the i-94. Every other thing is perfect my first name and middle name. Will this in anyway affect my AOS?

Does your birth certificate carries your name correctly? If your answer is yes; fill out your application forms used it in that manner.

You could along with that write a letter of explanation, explaining the errors on the other documents you mentioned. Good luck!!
