  • I-485 , and Rejection Notice Question

    Hello,
First of all, I am married to a US Citizen and I am currently under a F1 visa. Applying for a green card. I did send the papers in, however I got them back telling me to fix certain things.

In the form I-485, on part 2. Which one should I choose? I think "b" but I am not sure.

And in part 3-B : When I list my spouse, should I check "yes" or "no" when it asks "applying with you?".

All the pages , when returned back to me, have a bunch of numbers at the bottom of every page. And only the first page of my I-485 has a pen-made scratch on it, with some mark on it. (I assume that means that there is something wrong in that page). Can someone let me know if that is in fact the case?
Also, do I need to redo the whole I-485 form, or can I just re-do the first page?

And lastly, do I attach the Rejection Notices ? Or should I toss them?

    Thank you

1 Assuming I-130 was included with your Adjustment package, you must check "A".
2 Your spouse is not applying with you, he doesn't need a Green Card.
    3. You can redo the first page, and use the other pages as returned to you.
    4. If you put the rejection page on top of your resubmittal, you might get faster attention.
