Wrong status/section on my approved I797

Hi all, I filed an I-130 for my daughter on 11-18-2014, at that time she was under 21 and married. In Arpil 2015 she got divorced and we advise USCIS to please update her status to unmarried child under 21. on 05-06-2015 we were asked to provide evidence that her marriage was terminated. We sent the evidence and we were advised by USCIS that the evidence was received on 05-14-2015. On 05-25-2015 we received text notification that her I-130 was approved. Just 3 days before she turned 21. on the form I797 were it says section, it says Section: Married Son or Daughter of a US Citizen. They never updated here status from married to unmarried child under 21. Our problem now is, since here status on the form I797 shows married she is not able to adjust status because it does not shows as an immediate family member. We have called the NCSC and I spoke to Tier 2. They have issue a service request to have the error corrected and they have requested a new I797 to be produced with the correct status. My question is, should I wait for the results on the service request, or should I schedule an INFOPASS appoitment. Please advise.

What time span has expired since you have spoken to Tier 2, just wonder if a month has passed and not getting the Notice, from that call...

Personally, I wouldn't wait, I would try to make that Info Pass. Good luck!!
