Can anyone give me some information on G-325A Form and concurrent filing of i130 and i485:
Do we need to submit G-325A forms along with i 130 and i 485? . If so are they need to be submitted by both the Petioner ( i130) and AoS ( I 485) separetely? Is there any fee involved for G-325A?
As per USCIS , concurrent filing is permitted if in US. Do we need to write a Covering letter indicating that we are filing both simultaneously? I think in one of the Forms they are asking for Alien Approval number. Since we are submitting concurrently, we do not have the petition Approval Number. in such is a case , can we leave it blank? Is there any section in AoS Form & i130 form that we are submitting both i130 and i485 together ?
