Hi everyone,I found this page so helpful and i always run here anytime i am not feeling comfortable.I actually using an attorney for my case.

I received a mail on May 20th from USCIS for "Request for Initial Evidence Notice " We found out the lawyer made a mistake with my co sponsor's funds which wasn't enough.We have to get another person with 65kusd Annually with family of 8 (including myself).I had my biometrics on May 21st by 2:15Pm here in Cincinnati Ohio.The Attorney later sent the document on 6/3/2015 and delivered on 6/62015.To my surprised,my online status for Both 1-485 and Form I-765 has not changed ever since.I know i am impatient(LOL),does anyone have idea what to expect next?..

Online Status After RFE Mailed In Still The Same

Hi,

I've had the same experience too. I got a request (RFE) for my husband's latest tax returns. My attorney sent it through registered mail and they received it on June 5th. Two weeks have gone by and I checked my case status online and the message is still the same - that they're sending an RFE etc... I don't know what's going on, I will be checking with my attorney on Monday to see if he can shed some light.
