When do they changed your status online after interview i-485 ? I had mine interview on june 09. everything was nice and stress free. Had very nice lady who didn't ask me much question. On the end she told me that she will approve my case and she put some stamp on her paper and told me that my card should come in the mail in 30 days. She said she will update her computer today ( on interview date June 09 ) afternoon. Today is June 11 and my status didn't changed yet. :-/ anyone?

Hey, i had the same situation happened to me yesterday! My interview went really well and the man told me he just needed to double check my physical exam (doctor exam) but he said he knew everything was ok and that I should receive my greencard in the mail in a couple of weeks... I was expecting a email saying that I was accepted (thats what I have read everywhere, people get a email when they are accepted) but nothing yet... Anyway let us know what happen!

Oh Yea i was expecting my mail yesterday like other people ( they all have txt msg next day after interview ) but it's nothing there. Still the same status: interview scheduled.. Starting to be worried.. She also gave me a paper with some note: your case is being held for review or something like that. But she told me on the end my interview its approved and my card should come in the mail.. Really don't know what to think now. I will post my update for sure. :-(

Nope.. Same here... Still nothing.. And it's 3rd day already... But I hope we gonna get some news today ! Some good news ! I am checking my status online all the time.. Why we have to wait that long... :-(

I Send my papers Jan 17
They received them jan 21
Get my biometrics notice Jan 23
Get my receipt jan 24
And Had my Biometrics feb 9
Then I got my case update on May 03 : ( straight from fingerprints received or something like that ) to: interview scheduled on June 09
May 04 got my interview notice in my hand.
June 09 interview approved on spot.
Now waiting to update my case..

So from biometrics ( February 09 ) to interview ( June 09 ) 4 months..

I just want you to know Anabanana1 that you don't really have to have fears and trouble, you will have your Welcome to America and approval letter soon, i had my interview at Tampa, FL. And it was so easy and not even a question for me, the only question i was asked is my date of birth and my name, and the IO gave me an approval letter that my case have been approved on the 4th of June when i went in for my interview and on Tuesday i got all the approval notices for my I-130 AND I-485, but all i have to say it was just God's favour and blessings. And the funny thing is the IO said my case was the fastest she have seen it only took 2 months and 3 weeks from the day i applied to get my green card

Just relax and put everything in prayers... My Permanent resident card just got to me now and i am so happy. The whole long wait is over now. And i want you to know that you will get yours soon too. And also to everyone who applied to change their status, just pray and hand everything to the hand of God. And up till this moment my update on the USCIS website have not yet changed. But that is not an issue cos i have my permanent resident card already.

Ok Thanks for replying. I've sent my stuff in since April 3rd and did biometrics May 6 and status changed to ready fro interview and nothing after that. I guess it varies base on location. I'm in Conencticut

So it's very similar situation.. My status is the same lol .. And how many days from interview day until today ? 8 ? Do I am right ?

Yes i'm so excited, Thanks you so much... you are going to get yours in a couple of days, i just know the urgency and the craving you got for your decision to be known to you. from the day of my interview till i got my card it was a total of 7 days. And up to this moment my status have not yet changed i only got an update that my card have been delivered, i care less cos i have everything in my possession.
