Hi I applied for I-485 and my receipt date is 08/19/2002 and FP done on 10/22/2002 and I did my medical at that time but in Jan 04 I got an RFE saying that I need to do my medical because they couldn't find my old one and I did my medical second time in Fev'04 and the reports reached to INS on March 05 2004 and it's already 3 months crossed and I did not hear anything from INS.
Is there someone who got RFE to do medical second time and also I heard if we ger RFE that means the process of the case is fast and we will get the approval in 1 month but in my case after I got the RFE and submitting the necessary documents it is more than 3 months and jut waiting for the approval. Is there someone who got RFE and waiting for the approval more than 3 months?
