As anyone that filed Aos package in may received their work permit? I sent my package on Apr 27 they received it the 1st of may and I got the receipt on the 6th of may.On the 8th of may I got my biometrics appointment for the 26th of may,got it done and haven't heard anything else since.I know the waiting period is 3 months for the work permit but want to know if anyone already received their permit.This waiting game is no joke.

My case is exactly like yours. I sent in AOS package in April 4th
Case received April 9th
Acceptance confirmation April 13th
NOA hard copy in the mailbox April 24th
Biometric Notice received May 4th
Biometric done May 14th
Case changed to "case is ready to be scheduled for an interview" May 19th
It is over a month now after the biometric and no updates on EAD

I know it's a bit frustrated not getting any news, 2 other friends that applied also here on Phoenix around the same date already got their EAD & and interview date, so I'm hoping to get news soon and don't worry, just Be patient, it's hard I though

Just received my approval letter for EAD & APon friday, now I'm just gonna wait for the work permit card to arrive in the mail, so happy!!!

I'm happy for you. I hope you get your combo card soon. I'm still waiting patiently for my EAD. My field office is in Houston TX. Fingers crossed

I would give them at least 2-4 weeks, so they can process the RFE, I hope is less than that, ) good luck

Online status remains as
Ap: case received
EAP: card delivered
I-485 case ready to schedule interview )

Status didn't change untill yesterday evening, it changed from case received to card delivered, so relax and wait, it took me 2.5 months, and just keep checking your mailbox
