My wife got her advanced parole and made plans to visit family in Russia. A few days before she was to leave she received the letter regarding her interview date, which would have been when she was gone. She called and she was told they would send a new date. What came is a letter requesting her to hand write a letter stating why she wants it rescheduled. Unfortunately that isn't possible because by the time the letter would arrive it would have been past the interview date. Can I write a letter explaining it, along with a copy of her itinerary?
