My wife's SS benefits and my aos application.

Hello People,

My Us Citizen wife receives SSI and SSD and doesn't work, does this pose a problem for my aos even if I get a joint sponsor.

Generally, receipt of benefits by your wife is not attributed to the you when adjustment of status to determine whether you are likely to become a public charge. The exception would be if you were reliant on her SSI/TANF as your sole means of support. SSDI/SNAP are not means tested cash benefits (ie welfare) at all. Sponsors are not subject to public charge screening under the immigration laws; the question is whether the alien being sponsored is likely to become a public charge. They do ask the questions about means-tested public benefits on the Affidavit Of Support so they can figure out which portion of her income comprises of such benefits, as they do not count for the purpose of the 125%FPL test.
