I got married in October 2013, applied september 2014 and just did my interview 2 weeks ago. Am i going to be able to apply in October or do I have to wait another year? Tha ks

If your LPR was approved when you were married for less than two years, you will get a conditional green card. You can only lift those conditions effective after two years of LPR.

Yes. If you had the luxury of waiting just another six months (not all aliens do, especially those who have overstayed) you would have been granted unconditional permanent residency.
