I485 and I765

Hi yall,

I submitted the I-485 and was accepted on May 4, 2015. On May 20th they requested additional evidence. Asking me for a translated birth certificate and an explanation why the petitioner was unable to file taxes last year. I submitted the initial evidence a few days ago and USCIS updated it on June 22, 2015 that they received it.

How long will it take for me to get a response? I am a little worried!




Also, in April 30, 2015 they accepted the I-765. How long will it take for them to send me my employment authorization?

They accepted your Form I-765 five days before they accepted your Form I-485?

Did you mail them in to the lockbox together in one package?

Yes, both of them were send out in the same package. To the same place.
