Sorry to bother you everyone..I filled my 1-485 and 1-130 on April 26th...USCIS received it on April 28th..Bio-metrics on May 22nd,we received RFE letter on may 25th that our co sponsor couldn't meet the 125%,My attorney actually made this mistake and responded with another document for co sponsor.Ever since we sent this on May 4th which delivered to MO (NBC center) we are yet to receive any mail or update from the online status.Please i am worried because i felt we should at least received a letter that they receive our RFE.
Your help &assistance shall be appreciated.

There is no reason to expect a letter confirming receipt of RFE responses from you. Sometimes there are such confirmations, sometimes on the USCIS status website, but not always.

There is no reason to expect a letter confirming receipt of RFE responses from you. Sometimes there are such confirmations, sometimes on the USCIS status website, but not always.

Soon ur case status will change ready to be scheduled for an interview when they check that everything is correct and it is all they need.
