If your admission stamp in your passport has the handwriting "F-1 D/S" and you have not formally filed a change of status with USCIS since then, that is your immigration. Form I-485 Part 1, current status F-1, expires on D/S
If you are married to a citizen who will file an alien petition for you, you will be adjusting your status on the basis of an immediate relative petition. Form I-485 Part 2, option (a)

Form I-765 Question 16, Eligibility Criteria (c)(9) "Adjustment Applicant"
Form I-485 Part 1, Current Status "F-1", Expiry Date "D/S"
Don't confuse your visa and your admission status. Your visa grants permission to travel to the port of entry (i.e. the Customs and Border Patrol agent at the airport), your admission status is your permission to enter the United States. Form I-485 wants to know the details of your admission, not your visa.

You are the spouse of a citizen. If she filed an alien petition for you on Form I-130, she selects "spouse" on Form I-130 Part A Question 1. Spouses, parents, and minor unmarried children of citizens are considered "immediate relatives". Immigrant visas are available immediately for immediate relatives. When the alien applies to adjust their status to that of a permanent resident on the basis of such an alien petition, the corresponding entry on Form I-485 Part 2 is option (a) "an immigrant petition giving me an immediately available visa number that has been approved".
You applying for an advance parole document on the basis of the pending adjustment application. The corresponding entry on Form I-131 Part 2 Question 1 is (d) "I am applying for an Advance Parole document to allow me to return to the United States after temporary travel". This document is allows you to leave the United States for personal emergencies, family emergencies, and bona fide business without resulting in the deemed abandonment of your adjustment application. Part 3 asks you questions about your proposed trip. It is my understanding that many applicants just make something up, so that they have 'insurance' in case they need to leave for some purpose. Skip Parts 4, 5, and 6.
Their use of jargon sucks, but a semi-coherent explanation is given in the instruction for these forms.

What about writing on a separate sheet of paper in 1-131 part 7. And who's my sponsor?
secondly, When filling out the financial disclosure for tax information, my wife did not make much money in 2014 and we live off of savings, in this case will they deny her ability to support me here in the US and is there a possibility of being turned down?
In G-325A form, what am i gonna do in the third row? thank you!!Last edited by Frankrich; 06-28-2015, 01:51 AM.

Do not attach a statement in response to Form I-131 Part 7. The concurrent filing with Form I-485 will suffice.
Your sponsor, for the purpose of the enforceable affidavit of support, is the spouse who is petitioning for you using Form I-130. The corresponding entry on her Form I-864 Part 1 is (a) "I am the petitioner". To the extent that your combined income is insufficient to meet the 125% federal poverty guideline threshold, you can document your liquid assets and real estate equity. To meet these requirements, you must have assets equal to three times the income shortfall, as documented in Form I-864 Part 7.
To the extent that your income and assets are insufficient to meet the requirements, her other household members can pledge income and assets by filing Form I-864a's.
If this is still insufficient to meet the requirements, you must find a joint sponsor to pledge income and/or assets, who will fill out their own I-864. If that is still insufficient to meet the requirements, the joint sponsors household members can pledge their income and assets by filing Form I-864a's. You can have two joint sponsors (each with contributing household members) if necessary.
If that is still insufficient to meet the requirements, get a job. Even if you lack work authorization, any income that you can get counts for this purpose, as long as it is not the proceeds of criminal activity.
What exactly is your concern about the third row of Form G-325a "father and mother"?

There are two rows of PDF text boxes within the "father & mother" section of the form.
In each text box, you will separately state your fathers current first name, your fathers current last name, your fathers date of birth, your fathers place of birth, your fathers place of residence, your mothers current first name, your mothers last name just prior to marriage, your mothers date of birth, your mothers place of birth, and your mothers place of residence.
There are separate PDF text boxes for you to enter each element of biographic data.
