  • Include alternate version(s) of wife's name in "Other Names Used" on I-130?

Various legal document for my wife contain slightly different versions of her name. Should I include one or more of the alternative versions of her name in section A.3 of the I-130, "Other Names Used (including maiden name)"?

Her name on her new birth certificate, our US marriage certificate, and all her educational diplomas has the form: "(FIRST NAME) (SURNAME)". This is the name we're applying with.

Her original birth certificate name has the form: "(MOTHER'S FIRST NAME INITIAL) (FIRST NAME) (SURNAME)".

Her original passport name has the form: "(MOTHER'S FIRST NAME) (FIRST NAME) (FIRST NAME) (SURNAME)".

I searched the forum and I don't think this is a repeat question. Thanks for your advice!

Yes, ALL other names used, should be listed wherever on the Form it's asked.

Awesome, thank you so much! Should I wrote all the alternate versions and separate them with commas? Like this: NAME 1, NAME 2, NAME 3
