I am a postdoc in an private institution and applying for green card under EB1B category and now the I140 is pending. My current boss will be running low on fund and can support me until the end of this year, so I want to transfer to another lab in the same institution doing the same job with same title. And at the same I want to request premium processing the I140, and file I485 at the same time. Any body can give me some suggestions if this is possible,if there is any alternative way to resolve this problem?
