I am not sure about how to deal with problem.
I have a valid EAD/AP thru my wife's change of status (i am dependent). I came in the US with a valid H-1B and this visa will expire soon. I don't have H-4 from my wife and I have start using my EAD. I also have a plan to renew my H-1B if in case there will be complication from my wife's I-485. Do I need to exit the country to get my previous H-1B extended? Also, do I need to get H-4 to be able to continue using my EAD?
