HIB marrying a DREAM ACT

Hello well here is my case .
I'm currently on H1B and im about to get married to a friend of mine who is under DREAM-ACT(DACA) -basically she entered legally over here when she was child and later over stayed - so in 2012 under new law she received work permit and she can work and get SSN and license and what not .. basically its a temporary non immigrant status , now i know that she cannot apply for change of status based on my H1B..

But next year my company is willing to file my green card so can i include her as my wife and will she be able to get a EAD or green card because of me and if she is not able to apply for green card will it have any effect on my status ..will i have any trouble on getting my green card??

Are you saying, your place of employment will be applying for your adjustment of status?

I see no problem in you adding your wife to the petition. Her DACA, status will not affect you and it could also be of benefit to her, in obtaining her permanent residents status, as well. Good luck!!!
