Hi yall, on April 4 2015 my adjustment of residency was accepted. On May 20th they requested initial evidence RFE, I send back to USCIS and the status updates to " RFE under review which was updated on June 24, 2015.

My question is how long does it take for USCIS to review it and give me a decision?

    Hi,
I also got RFE letter, and USCIS received my reply RFE letter on May 20, 2015.
And until now i havent get any decision, but i received a notification by email that said "we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS, Receipt Number xxx. Our National Benefits Center office will begin working on your case again. We will mail you a decision or notify you if we need something from you. You should receive a decision or case update by July 19, 2015".

Did you get it? So i need to wait until July 19, 2015, if not, maybe i will call USCIS.

I do get what you are saying. Thank you. That means that is a two month?

My status only says as follows: "on June 24, 2015 we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS, Receipt Number xxx. Our National Benefits Center office will begin working on your case again. We will mail you a decision or notify you if we need something from you.

However, it does not say by when they should have a decision.

Last week my Receipt Number changed to "Request for Evidence" and am yet to receive the copy in mail.

        What information did they request?

Hi, they ask for another co-sponsor, even my husband make more than enough for 2 household.
Maybe because we dont send our bank statement, so we send our bank statement.
And i forget to send my birth certificate from my country.

My case on website even didnt changed to RFE, until i received RFE letter.
Maybe you need to wait for 1-2weeks

Question guys. My I-765 says that the card in being produced. How long will it take to arrive by mail?
Also, does the card have an expiration date? It was submitted with the I-485.

The EAD usually shows up about 3 months after you submit the Adjustment package. The card usually has a tenure of one year from issuance.
