Will my acquiring green card affect my wife's eligibility to work in US?

Hello Forum,
I'm on L1-A. My employer is preparing to apply for my green card. My wife has her EAD and is currently employed. Will my acquiring green card affect her eligibility to work in US?

How did she receive her EAD? Did someone sponsor her?
