Hi guys I posted my question days ago but nobody answer can any body share any info. About
Question .....my A.O.S is based on derivative asilee since my case was granted I haven't had an interview and my package is at TSC
since april 12th 2015 and I don't have updates saying your case is ready to be scheduled for interview as you guys so will I have interview ????or not at all
if so what will the interview be about ???

We might not have all the resources to answer to benefit you as we would like, y not many respond.

I believe, asylum cases usually takes about a year, not 100% sure. However, any questions u have, u should call the 1800 # or make an info pass.
I also believe you will get an interview and of course your questions would be based on the type of specific benefit you are seeking, as an asylee. Possible the hardships, you personally went through, or your family or happenings in your country of origin. Good luck!!!

But I'm not the principal asylee
my wife has been granted asilum about 2 years ago and she was able to petition me she is a green card holder
so uscis granted me as an espouse of an asylee so my estatus is derivative asylee
so according to the law im able to file the i485 after one year of such estatus
so I dont find experiences with this kind of cases I didn't have any enterview to be granted derivative asylee so im worried and thinking about if I will have any interview
so the law is if you seek asilum you will have a long process to be granted
so after you get granted you can include your husband/wife/unmarried sonsain your aplication

Just using common sense thinking, since I don't have the facts, I believe you and your wife would be interviewed and I doubt your interview would have any hassle, as others who, are receiving benefits through their spouse.
Relax, u r fine. But if u need answers you could call as I said before. U r application isn't long gone, either. Good luck!!
