  • sending my packet this week

Just wanted to know from people's experience, I am sending a packet for my mom and dad this week (I-130, I-485, I-765). They already have parole in place, I was just wondering what wait times am I looking at?

    Hi militaryguy

What state are you applying from?

I applied in MN, and my times are listed in my signature. For the most part, the first half of the process went pretty quick, and then there was a long pause for the interview. But overall, start to finish, 8 months and I applied through marriage.

    Good luck!

      hello

If you send to texas service center I heard that there is a backlog
I sent my package on april 12th 2015 and as for now I haven't recived anything not updates either so I would say 8 or 9 months
