Hi...My husband works for wipro...Our green card was filed on Jan 20th,2015 under EB-1...we got EAD & Advance Parole.. & I-140 got approved..waiting for I-485 to be approved..But suddenly my husband lost his project...He already booked tickets to india for the next week..In this situation,is it safe to travel India without project...Pl advise..Thanks...
