Hi,my husband works for indian company..our green card is under process..got EAD & Advance parole..& I-140 got approved...waiting for I-485 to be approved..suddenly,,my husband lost his project & releasing by the end of the week.He will be on leave for 4 weeks for vacation ..in this situation,is it safe to travel India as he doesn't hv project ..We are confused...pl advise..thanks...
