    Eligibility for AOS

    Hi,

    I am here in the united states on an employment based visa. My employer has filed for PERM under EB3 category. My priority date is not current (it will take years). I am going to get married to a US citizen. Now, can i ask for adjustment of status? or do i have to go through consular processing?
