Hi,
The attorney filed for my 485 after (as far as my knowledge goes) porting from EB3 to EB2. We recently got the receipt document with # regarding submission. However, I have a question.
On the receipt document 797c, the correct date is captured but "Preference Classification" shows "Employment Based 3rd". what does this mean?
I know for sure that EB3 is not current for my priority date but EB2 is and I am sure that the attorney would have known that b4 filing, moreoever I would not have the receipt # from USCIS if things were not right.
Any advice is much appreciated,
