I-130 + i-485 + i-765

Hi,

My parents are here in US on visitor visa. I am citizen here. I am going to apply for I-130 and I-485 for adjustment of the status. Now my father want to get a job asap. (basically he is so bored sitting home all day) Do I have to apply I-765 for expedite the process to get EAD card? or I should wait till get green card?

Include the I-765 for dad with his Adustment package. It is included in the $1,070 Adjustment fee.
