Hello RayB and everyone in this forum
could you please explain to me this!!!
I saw that the uscis texas service center processing times has changed it says for 485 aos based on asylum 4 months so what that means they have my package since april 8th 2015 and f.p.on may 8th
That means my case will take 4 months ?????counting from this month ????or what that 4 months means because I have 3 months already since my finger print

Yes RayB
but is derivative asilum my wife included me in her application but she got her gc. A year ago so im a year late
so I checked the uscis processing times it says asilum grant one year ago /485 4 months texas service center

I'm not family enough with asylum processing to provide any constructive insight. I've done income tax returns for several Afghan nationals who had gotten their residency through asylum, and it seemed to take them a long time.
