No decision after second (2nd) i-485 interview after over two (2) years

Hello. Me and my wife had a second (2nd) i485 interview after over 2 years. Everything was perfect but IO did not make a decision at the end. I asked: may I ask why you can not make a decision? He replied: Your wife cant spell your last name. I have the longest last name ever, even i don't spell it right sometimes. My wife clarified that he has a long long last name and its in different language which she does not speak a word as this should not be an issue. The officer told her everything looks good but you have to spell your husbands last name correct. What should we expect? Can he deny our case because of this ridiculous reason when all our answers were matched at separated marriage interview?!

I personally don't think that this may be an issue if all the rest was fine. Just be patient. Update how it goes. Good luck to you.

Did you wait 2 years after the first interview to have the second interview? What wrong with your first one? My interview is hold for reviewing for 5 months now. I don't know if have to wait too long like you

The first interview was in summer 2013, We were separated my attorney was in the room. All our answers matched. Officer did not make a decision. Even attorney said will get approve just wait. In 2014 officer visited home, we were not at home. Took infopass went to local USCIS office. We were separated and interviewed second time for about 2 hours but was not official interview since we went there and they were asking all kind of questions about our marriage. Now, last month July 2015 we had our 3rd interview (official). Again separated All answers matched. We went without attorney. But the officer gave the same paper saying cant make decision now. It is so weird I dont know what should I do, My lawyer said if we dont hear anything within a month we will contact Congresman because this is so ridiculous.
