Conditional green card question

Hi guys,

I just have a question regarding how USCIS determine a marriage is more than 2 years or less. It is based on the day they receive your I-485 form or on the day they approve to give you a permanent residence. I and my wife married almost 2 years. We are going to celebrate 2 years anniversary on 09/29/2015. We are thinking to file to adjust her status in August,2015. Thank you for your help.

At the time you received your Permanent Resident Card, (date printed on card) if your marriage is two years or more at that point, you will receive a ten years Resident Card, not the Conditional Card. That's for any one whose marriage is under two years.
