Filing for AOS after 6 years I-140 approavl
Hi,
I would like to know if I can file for I-485 AOS after my I-140 was approved back in 2009. Due to some unavoidable reasons, I had to leave the country for few years and have come back on a H1B with a different employer. Will there be any RFE from the USCIS or will they deny my case right away after filing? Any inputs is highly appreciated.
