Does somebody know how much time I have before I am subject to removal process.
I have a work permit until April 29, 2016. My EB-1 Visa petition was approved, but when I applied for Adjustment of Status it was denied (July 17, 2015). I am going to file a motion to re-open my case, but I am not very positive of the outcome. Does anybody know how much time before they ask me to leave the country?
