Question regarding 2 entry and adjustment of status please help!!!
Hello.
I originally came in 2001 with visa and permit . I went back to mexico in 2004 for a week and came back in across the border with my visa when i was at the border the immigration agent didnt said anything just looked at my visa and let me trough. I was 14 at that time.
Im now married and im looking to get adjustment of status (green card) through my wife. I also currently have daca. My question is what are the posibilities of getting adjustment of status.. I called a few attorneys and they say i can one of them told me no. I have another appoiment with another one tomorrow but im really worried please help to answer my question.
