Important question regarding re entry for the 2nd time

Hello, i originally came to usa in 2001 with a visa and a permit. In 2004 i went back to mexico for a week and i came back to usa across the border with my visa. The immigration agent saw the visa and let me trough without asking questions. So basically i came back legally. I was 14 then. Now im 25 married and wanting to adjust my status. I consulted a few attorneys and 3 out of 4 say i can adjust my status one says i cant. Im really worried and i dont know what to do. I currently have daca. Please help..

I think you can be able to adjust your status. The fact that you have DECA, is a good sign. No one gets deca, unless they are thoroughly investigated. Good luck!!
