Priority Date for EB-3

Since Janaury 2005 priorty date has not been current for EB-3 applications from India. Latest Visa Bulletin, Feb 2006, shows priority date as 01JAN00. Does anybody have a calculated prediction for "when priority date would become current"???

EB-3 Priority date for India, China mainland born applicant's backlog is expected to be continued in the same way with very little advancement in this year.
