I-765 question

I have a employment authorization card already because I qualified under DACA. I recently got married to a US citizen and qualify for adjustment of status. Should I apply for a new employment authorization along with my I-485 application? If so, what box do I check under the " I am applying for" section? Would it be a new employment authorization card since the eligibility category is different? Also my current employment card is under my maiden name, so how would I change it to my married name?

When will your DACA Employment card be expired? If it's close to expiring then you could request one under this new case.
#1, New Card, since the Status of Case is Different. Only if you were renewing DACA, or another Case, you would mark Renew.....
Regardless, I would apply for a new one, and make sure to send a copy of your current DACA work card.

Under marriage your name automatically changes, therefore, fill out all your documents using your married name.
