    hello i am living with my girl over year we are planning getting married on September 25 th 2015



    she get 3 kids and her baby father is jail .
    we have a joint bank account and have proof living with her and providing with her
    after we get married how long should i wait to file my papers.
    she is actually working for fedex and the annual income might hit 35 thousands .

    Filing

    You can file even the very day after you get married. There is no time frame for this. Just start getting your documents in order. You can consult with a lawyer if you have any hiccups when putting your documents together. This is an example of my cover letter. I HOPE IT HELPS.
