Hello, RayB....My 5 year old son i130 was approved last month and I was able to get a visiting visa for him before it got approved he's got to the U.S. Yesterday and I was thinking if anyone have idea if he can have he's green card interview here in the U.S. Instead of Africa since he's here now.... Please any advise is welcome thanks.
